Dr Doolittle is Melbourne’s Bayside Premier Dog Walking & Dog Minding service. The service we provide is very reliable and above all totally affordable.We cater for all breeds of dog big and small.

The services we provide include-dog walking, dog minding/holiday care whilst you are away (visit, walk and feed once or twice daily), and house sitting. Whether your dog is recovering from illness, is elderly and requires medication or is still a puppy and needs that extra loving attention-please let us know what you specifically require as we are happy to cater to your individual dogs needs.

We can walk your dog once weekly, Monday thru Friday whilst you are at work, or if your dog is highly energetic, loves doggie company s/he can come out with us for Half Day(4 hours) or Full Day and join us on all our walks with other dogs throughout that day!  *Please note that doggy daycare is only available during the winter months*

Our staff have all been police checked and are experienced, caring dog handlers. If you need that personal touch you can rely on us at DrDoolittle and feel safe that your precious companion is in the best of care while you cant be there!

Dr Doolittle is a dog walking, dog minding and holistic care service inspired by my beagle Piggi. He came into my life when I had little knowledge about beagles and their special nature. I quickly found out that beagles are quite unique-in their persistent curiosity of life, and constant need for involvement and stimulation!

Back then I ran a busy Naturopathic practice and just couldn’t find any dog care service that I felt understood the true beagle nature so I struggled with all my responsibilities because I just couldn’t leave him with anyone. Out of frustration I was determined to set up a service that specifically catered to the care of beagles.

I have always been very passionate about complementary medicine and educating people about how to enhance their wellbeing. Dr Doolittle came about from the combination of these two passions.
